Cham, January 24, 2025 – Michele Ravara has been appointed General Manager of AbbVie Switzerland as of January 2025. He succeeds Linn Mandahl, who was promoted to Vice President of AbbVie Region South, Europe.

Michele is a Global Executive with over 25 years of experience. His career has spanned the entire pharma value chain, encompassing roles in Country Operations - such as General Management and Head of Access in Italy as well as Global positions in Development, Strategy, Marketing, and Commercial Operations. Michele joined AbbVie in October 2020 as General Manager of Oncology within Global Marketing and Commercial Operations. He holds a degree in electrical engineering and mathematics from the Università di Pavia in Italy and has a humanistic background.
