Gabrielle Gardette

Gabrielle joined AbbVie in May 2023 as Compliance Manager. Prior to this, she worked as a compliance officer at an international pharmaceutical company for 15 years, with responsibility for Switzerland and Austria. Before that, she worked in the Swiss branch of an international pharmaceutical company for seven years, where she led a team responsible for regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, quality and compliance. Gabrielle began her professional career at the Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products in Bern, where she held various positions of increasing responsibility in the Marketing Authorisation Department.

Gabrielle studied pharmacy at the University of Lausanne, graduating as a Swiss certified pharmacist. She then completed a dissertation in chemistry at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne and was awarded her doctorate in 1993.
