We are looking for the brightest minds for the AbbVie trainee program. Our trainee/rotation program offers young talents a unique opportunity to join our company.
As a trainee at AbbVie, you will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with various departments through three rotations over a period of one and a half years and thus quickly build up a wealth of experience in different areas of the company, for example in Marketing, Medical Affairs, Customer Excellence, External Affairs, Market Access, Finance or Human Resources. You can have a say in at least one rotation.
During your rotations, you will collaborate on projects, take on responsibility and provide support in day-to-day business. You will develop a cross-functional understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, AbbVie and our culture, build a comprehensive network within a matrix organisation and thus optimally position yourself for a career as a specialist or manager.
Our trainee programme focuses on your further development. Your progress and goals are recorded in a personal development plan. In addition, your manager and an onboarding buddy will be on hand to provide you with advice and support.
Since the start of the trainee programme in June 2016, we have recorded many successes: nine out of ten trainees were permanently employed by AbbVie after completing the programme - for example, as Brand Manager, Medical Science Liaison, Business Finance Manager or Market Access Manager.
As a young and dynamic company, we are always on the lookout for motivated talents who fit in with our open corporate culture.
