Theodora Balani

Theodora joined AbbVie in 2011 in Athens, Greece, where she held various positions with increasing responsibility in human resources (HR). In 2021, she moved on to the Netherlands as a HR Business Partner, and from there to Germany where she held the position of Senior HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR support in various functions. After that, she took on the role of HR Project Manager Europe. In this role, Theodora has been instrumental in leading projects, like the redesign of development programs in Europe, the development of a curriculum to improve HR capabilities and the alignment of the Europe Early Career strategies.

Theodora holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business.
