(F)empower at AbbVie Switzerland

The (F)empower initiative was launched in 2021. The group behind it is made up of employees across all functions. Employees from the back office and sales force, from the Swiss subsidiary and also from AbbVie Global are involved in promoting leadership and other business-relevant skills. The Allergan Aesthetics  division is also represented in the Group. (F)empower stimulates changes that enable all employees to realise their full potential. Ideas are shared within the group and with the rest of AbbVie Switzerland to inspire you to advance your career and realise your full potential. Another focus is on strengthening personal visibility. The initiative is proud of its roots and also bears this in its name "(F)empower", whereby employees of all genders are now promoted equally and roughly the same number of men and women sit on the committee.
